Roles and Responsibilities

• Collate data and monitor calls to ensure you have a full understanding of your team’s productivity.
• Carry out regular 1-2-1 reviews with each team member.
• Provide weekly reporting to management.
• Deal with customer complaints as and when required.
• There will be a need for you to roll your sleeves up and get amongst it, take sales calls to help and lead by example. Ultimately this position is all about getting the best out of your team and driving results, ensuring all those under your watch meet their targets. Succeed in achieving this, and you will be rewarded with a generous monthly bonus.
• Fast Track development to Senior Management for candidates who excel.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

Skills and Experience

• Experience leading and motivating a sales team, compliantly
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Experience in the Motor Insurance industry
• Experience with OpenGI software (not essential)

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
• Generous uncapped commission structure provides a minimum OTE £50,000.
